What's the difference between BMR and TDEE?
BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is the minimum energy your body needs at complete rest just to stay alive. TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) multiplies BMR by your activity level — this is the number that actually reflects how much you burn in a day, and the one to reference when planning your diet.
