🧰Daily ToolkitTOOLKIT

About

We believe the tools you use every day shouldn't need an account or an app install — just open the page and it's ready.

Daily Toolkit LEDGER offers 24 free online tools covering health, finance, unit conversion, images & files, text, and productivity — all computed instantly in your browser. We never upload or store what you type.

Why this site exists

Daily Toolkit LEDGER started as a side project built by an independent developer during evenings and weekends. The reason was simple: every time a quick BMI check, a mortgage payment estimate, or an image resize was needed, the top search results were either buried under intrusive ads or so cluttered with unrelated features that finding the actual input field took longer than the calculation itself. So the decision was made to build a cleaner alternative — a set of everyday calculators and converters that anyone could open and use immediately, with no account, no app download, and no unnecessary friction.

What's covered here

The 24 tools currently on the site fall into four rough categories: health (BMI, BMR/TDEE calculators), finance (loan payments, compound interest, tip splitting, percentage calculations), images & files (compression, cropping, JPG-to-PDF, PDF merge/split), and text & productivity (word counter, password generator, QR code generator, Pomodoro timer, random picker, UTM builder, and more). Each tool is designed to work the moment the page loads, with a short usage guide and FAQ section underneath to help first-time visitors get oriented quickly.

How the site is run

The site is currently maintained by a single developer, who continues to review the code and calculation logic for accuracy, fix bugs as they're reported, and adjust the interface or add new tools based on user feedback. Daily Toolkit LEDGER runs Google AdSense advertising to cover hosting and maintenance costs, which is part of why content quality and usability get so much attention here — the goal is for the ads to fund the site without getting in the way of what actually makes the tools useful. If you spot a calculation error or have an idea for a tool that's missing, reach out through the Contact page.

How we think about quality

Each tool is meant to solve a clear everyday task in the browser without an account. We document limits so estimates are not mistaken for professional advice. If you find a calculation or wording error, contact us with the page name and steps to reproduce it.
